Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add baby potato, green lentils and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  6. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 70°C, speed 1
  7. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander then set aside
  8. Clean kCook bowl
  9. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  10. Add tahini, greek yogurt, lemon, garlic clove and extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  13. Whisk with filler cap removed then set aside - 30 sec, speed 7
  14. Add vegetable oil to a clean frying pan
  15. Heat in frying pan
  16. Add portobello mushroom to the frying pan
  17. Cook in frying pan until browned
  18. Add baby spinach, arugula, tomato, red bell pepper and mint leaves to a clean large mixing bowl
  19. Transfer content of colander to large mixing bowl
  20. Transfer half of content of kCook bowl to large mixing bowl
  21. Toss until combined
  22. Add content of large mixing bowl to serving plate
  23. Transfer content of frying pan to serving plate
  24. Drizzle serving plate with content of kCook bowl
  25. Serve
