  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  8. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  9. Slice shallot and leek into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  11. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 120°C, speed 3
  12. Then add white wine and all purpose flour to the kCook bowl
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  14. Then add vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  15. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 120°C, speed 3
  16. Then add whole trout to the kCook bowl
  17. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 2
  18. Then add prawns to the kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 2
  20. Then add double cream to the kCook bowl
  21. Stir with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  22. Transfer content of kCook bowl to heatproof bowl
  23. Cover with foil then set aside
  24. Clean kCook bowl
  25. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  26. Add water to the kCook bowl
  27. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  28. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  29. Heat with filler cap fitted - 98°C
  30. Then add carrot and fresh tagliatelle to the kCook bowl
  31. Cook with filler cap fitted - 3 min, 98°C
  32. Drain content of kCook bowl into colander
  33. Transfer content of colander to large glass bowl
  34. Add unsalted butter to the large glass bowl
  35. Season
  36. Stir until combined then set aside
  37. Add unsalted butter to a clean frying pan
  38. Heat in frying pan until melted
  39. Add scallops and mixed peppercorns to the frying pan
  40. Cook each side in frying pan until golden brown - approx 2 min
  41. Serve
