These kebabs are very simple to make and taste delicious. Serve the kebabs with pita bread, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion and yoghurt sauce on the side. Garnish with a lemon wedge.

  1. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add pistachios to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Chop with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
  6. Then add onion, fresh chili, garlic clove and mint leaves to the kCook bowl
  7. Chop with filler cap fitted - 10 sec, speed 12
  8. Then add ground lamb, ground cumin and ground coriander to the kCook bowl
  9. Season
  10. Chop with filler cap fitted - 20 sec, speed 12
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  12. Roll into balls
  13. Skewer
  14. Add olive oil to a clean large cast iron skillet
  15. Heat - medium-high heat
  16. Transfer skewer to large cast iron skillet
  17. Fry each side until browned
  18. Serve
