Step preview

  1. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add lemon juice and caster sugar to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 50°C, speed 4
  6. Then add elderflower tonic, vodka and apple juice to the kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jug
  9. Add lemon, mint leaves and ice to the jug
  10. Top with seltzer water
  11. Serve
