Step preview

  1. Line the steamer tray with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add ground beef, egg, parmesan cheese, fresh parsley and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 5
  7. Roll into balls until 3cm round
  8. Transfer balls to steamer tray
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Add water to the kCook bowl
  11. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  12. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  13. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  14. Add potato, fresh rosemary and salt to the steamer tray
  15. Fit
  16. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  17. Serve
