  6. Add potato to the steamer tray
  7. Steam - 25 min, 104°C, speed 1
  8. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  9. Clean kCook bowl
  10. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  11. Add milk, butter, salt and ground nutmeg to the kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Transfer potatoes to kCook bowl
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Blend with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 9
  16. Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
  17. Serve
