Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi

  4. Add water and active dried yeast to the kCook bowl

  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, 30°C, speed 5
  8. Then add fine semolina flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt and sugar to the kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 5
  10. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  11. Cover with plastic wrap
  12. Prove - 2 hr
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  15. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  17. Slice onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  18. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  19. Add salt to the kCook bowl
  20. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  22. Then add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl
  23. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 98°C, speed 3
  24. Then add canned chopped tomatoes and tomato purée to the kCook bowl
  25. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 3
  26. Then add fresh oregano to the kCook bowl
  27. Stir with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 4
  28. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  29. Grease a clean baking sheet
  30. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  31. Shape until covered
  32. Top with anchovies and caciocavallo cheese
  33. Transfer sauce to dough
  34. Spread until covered
  35. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and fresh oregano
  36. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
  37. Bake - 40 min, 200°C
  38. Let cool - approx 30 min
  39. Serve
