Step preview

  1. Grease a clean large glass bowl then set aside
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add milk and active dried yeast to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 45°C, speed 3
  7. Then add salt, italian 00 flour and olive oil to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 4
  9. Then add water to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
  11. Transfer dough to large glass bowl
  12. Cover with plastic wrap
  13. Prove - 2 hr
  14. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  15. Divide into 6 equal pieces
  16. Roll into balls
  17. Transfer dough balls to baking sheet
  18. Cover with kitchen towel
  19. Prove - approx 2 hr
  20. Transfer dough balls to lightly floured surface
  21. Roll out until 10cm round
  22. Top with canned plum tomatoes and mozzarella cheese
  23. Fold
  24. Seal the edges
  25. Repeat with the rest then set aside
  26. Line a clean serving plate with paper towels then set aside
  27. Add peanut oil to a clean large saucepan
  28. Heat until hot
  29. Transfer one shaped dough to large saucepan
  30. Fry each side until golden brown
  31. Place pastry on serving plate
  32. Repeat with the rest
  33. Serve
