Lemon paradise cream is a very fast cream without cooking, and it is made without eggs or flour. Makes a wonderful filling for cakes or sweet snacks. This recipe makes 500 g and can be stored for up to 3 days in the fridge.

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 4 min, speed 6
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl then set aside
  7. Clean kCook bowl
  8. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  9. Add mascarpone cheese and sugar to the kCook bowl
  10. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  11. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  12. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  13. Add lemon to the kCook bowl slowly while machine is running
  14. Whisk with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 5
  15. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  16. Stir gently until combined
