- Fit max blade to kCook bowl
- Add pumpkin and butter to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
- Cook with filler cap fitted - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
- Then add shallot, water, chicken stock cube, salt & pepper, nutmeg and ground turmeric to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap fitted - 20 min, 100°C, speed 3
- Then add milk to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 100°C, speed 1
- Line a clean plate with paper towels then set aside
- Add smoked bacon to a clean frying pan
- Fry in frying pan until golden brown - medium-high heat
- Transfer content of frying pan to plate
- Add butter and chestnuts to the frying pan
- Fry in frying pan until golden brown - medium heat
- Transfer content of frying pan to plate
- Add crème fraîche to the kCook bowl
- Blend with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 12
- Serve
