  1. Grease 2 clean large glass bowls then set aside
  2. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  3. Add whole milk to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 40 sec, 30°C, speed 3
  7. Then add caster sugar and active dried yeast to the kCook bowl
  8. Mix with filler cap removed - 10 sec, speed 7
  9. Then add sunflower oil, italian 00 flour and salt to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap removed - 10 sec, speed 7
  11. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, speed 10
  12. Transfer content of kCook bowl to lightly floured surface
  13. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  14. Transfer half of dough to large glass bowl
  15. Cover with plastic wrap then set aside
  16. Clean kCook bowl
  17. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  18. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  19. Transfer the rest of dough to kCook bowl
  20. Add cocoa powder to the kCook bowl
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  22. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 10
  23. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  24. Cover with plastic wrap
  25. Prove - 2 hr
  26. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  27. Transfer dough to work surface
  28. Roll out into a rectangle then set aside
  29. Line a clean work surface with parchment paper
  30. Transfer dough to work surface
  31. Roll out into a rectangle
  32. Place dough on dough
  33. Roll out until 3mm thick
  34. Remove
  35. Roll into a log
  36. Slice into rounds until 2cm thick
  37. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  38. Transfer dough to baking sheet
  39. Let rest - 40 min
  40. Clean kCook bowl
  41. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  42. Add water to the kCook bowl
  43. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  44. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  45. Heat with filler cap removed - 110°C
  46. Transfer some of the shaped dough to steamer tray
  47. Transfer to top shelf
  48. Steam - 20 min, 104°C
  49. Repeat with the rest
  50. Serve
