  2. Add unsalted butter, icing sugar, salt and vanilla extract to the Kenwood Bowl
  3. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined then scrape bowl - 1 min, Speed 5
  4. Then add egg to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined then scrape bowl - 1 min, Speed 5
  6. Then add all purpose flour to the Kenwood Bowl
  7. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min, Speed 1
  8. Then add ground almonds to the Kenwood Bowl
  9. Mix with splashguard fitted until combined - 1 min 30 sec, Speed 1
  10. Remove the dough from the bowl and wrap in plastic wrap
  11. Chill in fridge - 30 min
  12. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  13. Pre-heat oven - 175°C
  14. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  15. Roll into balls
  16. Shape into tapered sausage shapes
  17. Curve each piece to make a crescent shape
  18. Place shaped dough on baking sheet
  19. Bake until light golden - 175°C
  20. Remove from oven and let cool
  21. Dust with icing sugar
  22. Serve
