Step preview

  1. Fit midi blade to kCook bowl
  2. Add plain flour, fromage frais, egg and water to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  5. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min, speed 12
  6. Transfer content of kCook bowl to work surface
  7. Form into a ball and bring together
  8. Wrap with plastic wrap
  9. Chill in fridge and continue
  10. Clean kCook bowl
  11. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  12. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  13. Add water to the kCook bowl up to the 1 litre mark
  14. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  15. Heat with filler cap fitted - 104°C, speed 1
  16. Add broccoli to the steamer tray
  17. Steam - 15 min, 104°C, speed 1
  18. Remove the Steamer Tray
  19. Drain and dry the kCook bowl
  20. Add egg, salt, thickened cream and black pepper to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  22. Mix with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 10
  23. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  24. Transfer pastry to lightly floured surface
  25. Roll out until 2mm thick
  26. Transfer pastry to tart pan
  27. Line until covered and trim the edges
  28. Add salmon filet to the tart pan
  29. Transfer content of steamer tray to tart pan
  30. Pour content of kCook bowl into tart pan carefully
  31. Bake - 25 min, 180°C
  32. Serve
