These yoghurts are even better than the ones made with a yoghurt machine. Cheap to make and ecological, they have a soft, smooth and delicious texture and can be appeciated even without sugar. A recipe ideal to minimise waste and to support local dairy farmers. To be done using raw farm milk. Tip: to check the temperature of the milk after cooking, press the "temperature" button for 3 seconds. User generated recipes have not been re-tested by Kenwood.

  1. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  2. Add raw milk to the kCook bowl
  3. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Heat with filler cap removed - 2 min, 92°C, speed 1
  6. Heat with filler cap removed - 30 min, 85°C, speed 1
  7. Add natural yogurt to a clean jar
  8. Wait till the milk reaches 55 degrees Celsius
  9. Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
  10. Keep the jar between 25°C to 30°C, for instance in the oven with the door closed and just the light on, or in the sun
  11. Keep warm - 3 hr
  12. Chill in fridge - 1 hr
  13. Serve
