  1. Prepare the Steaming basket
  2. Place a piece of parchment paper onto the steaming basket
  3. Add barramundi to the Steaming basket skin side down
  4. Add spring onion, ginger, coriander, garlic clove, fresh chili, soy sauce and lime to the Steaming basket
  5. Fold over the paper and seal tightly
  6. Add water and coconut milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  7. Heat with splashguard fitted - 110°C, Speed OFF
  8. Then add white rice to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  9. Place the steaming basket into the Cooking Chef bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted - 12 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  11. Serve
  12. Garnish with coriander and spring onion
