Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  3. Add egg white to the kCook bowl
  4. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  5. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  6. Mix with filler cap fitted - 3 min, speed 7
  7. Add sugar to the kCook bowl while machine is running
  8. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 7
  9. Then add egg yolk to the kCook bowl
  10. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 7
  11. Then add plain flour, potato starch and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  12. Mix with filler cap fitted - 1 min 30 sec, speed 5
  13. Line a clean baking sheet with parchment paper
  14. Transfer content of kCook bowl to baking sheet
  15. Spread evenly
  16. Bake - 35 min, 170°C
  17. Let cool
  18. Clean kCook bowl
  19. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  20. Add sugar, cornflour, egg, vanilla extract and milk to the kCook bowl
  21. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  22. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  23. Mix with filler cap fitted - 6 min, speed 8
  24. Cook with filler cap removed - 6 min, 98°C, speed 4
  25. Transfer content of kCook bowl to medium bowl
  26. Cover with kitchen towel
  27. Chill in fridge
  28. Clean kCook bowl
  29. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  30. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  31. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  32. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  33. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  34. Transfer content of medium bowl to kCook bowl
  35. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 6
  36. Transfer content of kCook bowl to large glass bowl
  37. Add canned peaches to the large glass bowl
  38. Mix until combined then set aside
  39. Clean kCook bowl
  40. Fit whisk tool to kCook bowl
  41. Add chantilly cream to the kCook bowl
  42. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  43. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  44. Mix with filler cap removed - 3 min, speed 7
  45. Add lemon to a clean saucepan
  46. Heat until hot - medium heat
  47. Remove
  48. Add gelatine to the saucepan
  49. Mix until combined
  50. Let cool slightly
  51. Transfer content of saucepan to kCook bowl
  52. Mix with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 6
  53. Transfer content of large glass bowl to cake
  54. Spread cake with topping
  55. Chill overnight in fridge
  56. Sprinkle with chocolate
  57. Serve
