- ½ teaspoon

- Ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon

- Ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon

- 1 teaspoon

- Asafoetida
- 1 pinch

- Salt & pepper
- 1 pinch

- White wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons

Step preview
- Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
- Add coconut oil, ginger, fresh chili and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
- Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
- Attach lid to kCook bowl
- Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 1
- Then add nigella seeds, ground cinnamon, ground coriander, ground turmeric, ground cumin, asafoetida and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 110°C, speed 3
- Then add mango, sugar and white wine vinegar to the kCook bowl
- Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 104°C, speed 4
- Cook with filler cap removed - 50 min, 98°C, speed 4
- Transfer content of kCook bowl to jar
- Let cool completely
- Serve
