  16. Then add sweet potato to the kCook bowl
  17. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 5
  18. Then add red lentils, vegetable stock and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  19. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 98°C, speed 3
  20. Then add spinach, spring onion and coriander to the kCook bowl
  21. Stir with filler cap removed - 1 min, speed 4
  22. Serve
