Step preview
- Sterilize a clean jar then set aside
- Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
- Add olive oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
- Heat with splashguard fitted until hot - 1 min, 100°C, Stir 1
- Then add garlic clove, red onion and ginger to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Add spices to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until translucent - 6 min, 95°C, Stir 1
- Then add cherry tomatoes, brown sugar, red wine vinegar and salt to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
- Cook with splashguard fitted until liquid has evaporated - 40 min, 105°C, Stir 1
- Cook until thickened - 5 min, 105°C, Stir 1
- Transfer content of Cooking Chef XL Bowl to jar carefully and let cool
- Chill in fridge until needed
