A quick and spicy vegetable stir fry made with oyster and shiitake mushrooms which can be served with rice or noodles or on its own. Add extra chillies or chilli oil if you prefer.

  6. Cook with splashguard fitted until translucent - 3 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  7. Then add ginger, red chili, garlic clove, oyster mushroom and shiitake mushrooms to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted until fragrant - 2 min, 120°C, Stir 1
  9. Then add light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  10. Cook with splashguard fitted until sugar has dissolved - 1 min, 110°C, Stir 1
  11. Then add snow pea to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  12. Cook with splashguard fitted until combined - 30 sec, 110°C, Stir 1
  13. Then add bok choy to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  14. Cook with splashguard fitted until wilted - 2 min, 110°C, Speed Min
  15. Serve
