  1. Grease and line a clean springform pan with parchment paper then set aside
  2. Attach K Beater
  3. Add oreo sandwich cookies and butter to the Kenwood Bowl
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted until well combined - Speed 3
  5. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to springform pan
  6. Spread until covered and press down
  7. Chill in fridge and continue
  8. Clean Kenwood Bowl
  9. Attach Whisk
  10. Add cream cheese, milk and icing sugar to the Kenwood Bowl
  11. Whisk with splashguard fitted until smooth - Speed 6
  12. Then add dark chocolate to the Kenwood Bowl
  13. Whisk with splashguard fitted until well combined - Speed 3
  14. Then add thickened cream to the Kenwood Bowl
  15. Whisk with splashguard fitted until well combined - Speed 3
  16. Transfer content of Kenwood Bowl to springform pan
  17. Spread until level
  18. Chill in fridge until set - 30 min
  19. Add dark chocolate and thickened cream to a clean saucepan
  20. Heat while stirring occasionally - medium heat
  21. Turn out content of springform pan onto serving plate
  22. Pour the chocolate cream from the saucepan around the edges of the cheesecake
  23. Decorate with oreo cookie crumbs
  24. Serve
