  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl

  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 140°C, speed 3
  8. Then add beef, garlic clove, ginger, jerk seasoning and black pepper to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 140°C, speed 3
  10. Transfer beef to medium bowl
  11. Clean kCook bowl
  12. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  13. Add vegetable oil to the kCook bowl
  14. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  15. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  16. Heat with filler cap removed - 30 sec, 140°C, speed 3
  17. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  18. Slice red onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  20. Add garlic clove and ginger to the kCook bowl
  21. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 120°C, speed 3
  22. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  23. Slice red capsicum and zucchini into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  24. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  25. Add jerk seasoning, fresh thyme, sweet potato, beef stock, butter beans and coconut milk to the kCook bowl
  26. Transfer beef to kCook bowl
  27. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  28. Cook with filler cap removed - 25 min, 98°C, speed 3
  29. Then add kale to the kCook bowl
  30. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 98°C, speed 4
  31. Serve
