  1. Grease a clean pudding bowl
  2. Add golden caster sugar, lemon and passion fruit to a clean small bowl
  3. Mix until dissolved
  4. Pour mixture into pudding bowl
  5. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  6. Add butter, golden syrup, plain flour, baking powder, golden caster sugar, egg, passion fruit and lemon to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 10
  10. Pour batter into pudding bowl
  11. Grease a square sheet of foil
  12. Lay a square sheet of parchment paper over the top of the foil
  13. Make a crease through the middle of the foil and paper
  14. Lay the foil and paper on top of the pudding bowl, paper side down
  15. Tie string around the pudding basin, then tie more over the top of the pudding bowl to make a handle
  16. Place the pudding bowl into the kCook bowl
  17. Clean kCook bowl
  18. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  19. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  20. Add water to the kCook bowl
  21. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  22. Cook with filler cap fitted - 1 hr 45 min, 98°C
  23. Serve
