  5. Cook with filler cap fitted - 10 min, 98°C, speed 3
  6. Then add sugar to the kCook bowl
  7. Cook with filler cap removed - 20 min, 101°C, speed 3
  8. Fit max blade to kCook bowl
  9. Stir with filler cap fitted - 30 sec, speed 12
  10. Serve
