  1. Fit thin slicing disc (4) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi

  4. Add extra virgin olive oil to the kCook bowl

  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl with filler cap fitted
  7. Heat with filler cap fitted - 1 min, 140°C, speed 3
  8. Then add carnaroli rice to the kCook bowl
  9. Cook with filler cap fitted - 4 min, 98°C
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Slice carrot, onion and celery stalk into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Add curry powder, candied citrus peel, salt, prawns and vegetable stock to the kCook bowl
  14. Cook with filler cap fitted - 8 min, 98°C, speed 4
  15. Then add butter, parmesan cheese and white wine vinegar to the kCook bowl
  16. Mix with filler cap fitted - 2 min, speed 6
  17. Serve
