A very tasty main course; however, it can be made into a delicious starter by reducing the size of the fish cakes, if necessary. You can also use the Food Mincer attachment to finely grind the salmon. User generated recipes have not been tested by Kenwood.

Step preview

  1. Attach the K-Beater
  2. Add salmon filet, breadcrumbs, egg and salt & pepper to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  3. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed Min
  5. Remove the bowl from the machine
  6. Divide into 8 equal pieces
  7. Shape each piece into patties
  8. Transfer patties to baking tray
  9. Let rest - approx 30 min
  10. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  11. Bake - 200°C
  12. Remove from oven
  13. Serve
