Step preview

  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Add water and cornflour to a clean small bowl
  4. Stir until dissolved then set aside
  5. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  6. Add rapeseed oil to the kCook bowl
  7. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  8. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  9. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Slice shallot and yellow capsicum into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Add garlic clove, sundried tomato and anchovies to the kCook bowl
  14. Add salt & pepper to the kCook bowl to taste
  15. Add bay leaves to the kCook bowl
  16. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  17. Then add fish stock and canned cannellini beans to the kCook bowl
  18. Cook with filler cap removed - 10 min, 98°C, speed 2
  19. Add cod fillet to the steamer tray to bottom tray
  20. Add clams to the steamer tray to top shelf
  21. Fit
  22. Steam - 5 min, 104°C, speed 2
  23. Transfer content of small bowl to kCook bowl
  24. Cook with filler cap removed - 4 min, 100°C, speed 4
  25. Transfer content of steamer tray to kCook bowl
  26. Season to taste
  27. Serve
