  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Grease a clean loaf pan then set aside
  3. Attach the Stir Tool
  4. Add thickened cream to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Heat with splashguard fitted - 2 min, 100°C, Speed 1
  7. Transfer cream to medium bowl then set aside
  8. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  9. Attach the Whisk
  10. Add egg and sugar to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  11. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed Max
  12. Transfer cream to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 30 sec, Speed 2
  14. Then add plain flour and baking powder to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 1 min, Speed 3
  16. Then add butter, lemon and lemon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Whisk with splashguard fitted - 2 min, Speed 3
  18. Transfer batter to loaf pan
  19. Bake - 5 min, 200°C
  20. Remove from oven
  21. Pre-heat oven - 155°C
  22. Score the top of the cake with a sharp knife
  23. Bake - 35 min, 155°C
  24. Remove from oven and let cool
  25. Serve
