  1. Fit thick slicing disc (5) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  4. Add water to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Heat with filler cap removed - 104°C
  8. Add peas to the steamer tray
  9. Fit
  10. Cook - 20 min, 104°C
  11. Transfer content of steamer tray to medium bowl then set aside
  12. Empty content of kCook bowl into sink
  13. Clean kCook bowl
  14. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  15. Add butter to the kCook bowl
  16. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  17. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  18. Heat with filler cap removed - 1 min 30 sec, 98°C, speed 3
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  20. Slice shallot into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  22. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 98°C, speed 4
  23. Then add baby gem lettuce and salt & pepper to the kCook bowl
  24. Transfer content of medium bowl to kCook bowl
  25. Cook with filler cap removed - 3 min, 90°C, speed 3
  26. Serve
  27. Garnish with fresh parsley
