Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 170°C
  2. Attach K Beater
  3. Add plain flour, oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, salt, olive oil and water to the Kenwood Bowl
  4. Mix with splashguard fitted - 3 min, Speed 1
  5. Transfer dough to baking tray
  6. Bake - 15 min, 170°C
  7. Remove from oven
  8. Cut into pieces
  9. Bake - 50 min, 170°C
  10. Serve
