Perfect for summer dining, this recipe is simple, warming, and healthy. Clams flavour the broth along with spring onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, and gochujang, for a punchy yet uncomplicated meal. To wash your clams, rinse in several changes of cold water to extract any sand or silt, and make sure you discard any open clams before cooking.
