Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 220°C
  2. Flour a clean baking tray
  3. Attach Dough Hook
  4. Add plain flour, baking powder, caster sugar, butter, lemon, thickened cream and lemonade to the Kenwood Bowl
  5. Mix with splashguard fitted until smooth - 2 min, Speed 1
  6. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  7. Roll out until 2.5 cm thick
  8. Cut out 5 cm rounds
  9. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  10. Brush with egg
  11. Bake - 18 min, 220°C
  12. Remove from oven and let cool
  13. Serve
