This banana bread uses the natural sweetness the bananas with a touch of honey instead of sugar. Make sure to taste the fruit before baking, you can adjust the amount of honey. Use very ripe bananas for more sweetness.

Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 160°C
  2. Grease and line a clean loaf pan (450g) with parchment paper
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add banana, olive oil, rolled oats, honey, milk, egg, baking powder, nutmeg, vanilla extract, macadamia nuts and plain flour to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix - 2 min, speed 5
  8. Transfer content of kCook bowl to loaf pan (450g)
  9. Add banana to the loaf pan (450g) and press down
  10. Bake - 55 min, 160°C
  11. Remove from oven and let cool
  12. Serve
