  1. Attach the Creaming Beater
  2. Add apricot, jam setting sugar, caster sugar and lemon to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl

  5. Cook with splashguard fitted - 1 hr, 85°C, Stir 3
  6. If you prefer a smoother texture blend to your liking
  7. Divide jam between 4 jars
