Step preview

  1. Fit slow cook plug to kCook bowl
  2. Add extra virgin olive oil, garlic clove, rosemary, fresh thyme, dried oregano, lemon juice, white wine vinegar and octopus to the kCook bowl

  4. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  5. Cook with filler cap removed - 2 min, 100°C
  6. Cook with filler cap removed - 45 min, 97°C
  7. Allow the octopus to cool in the bowl
  8. Cut off the tentacles
  9. Garnish with dried oregano and extra virgin olive oil
  10. Serve
