Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 200°C
  2. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Add dried yeast and water to a clean small bowl
  4. Let rest - 5 min
  5. Add olive oil, plain flour and salt to a clean large mixing bowl
  6. Transfer yeast mixture to large mixing bowl
  7. Mix with tablespoon until combined
  8. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  9. Knead until smooth - 10 min
  10. Divide into 2 equal pieces
  11. Attach the Pasta Roller attachment
  12. Adjust the setting to 0
  13. Sprinkle some flour between the rollers
  14. Start on speed 1
  15. Transfer dough to Pasta Roller attachment
  16. Pass the dough through the rollers
  17. Turn the dough and roll again
  18. Remove the attachment from the machine
  19. Transfer dough to lightly floured surface
  20. Cut into rounds
  21. Add your preferred topping to each round
  22. Transfer shaped dough to baking tray
  23. Bake - 10 min, 200°C
  24. Remove from oven and let cool
  25. Serve
