Step preview

  1. Add firm tofu, cornflour, salt and black pepper to a clean small bowl
  2. Stir until coated
  3. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  4. Add coconut oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  5. Lift the Cooking Chef head and fit the heat shield
  6. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
  7. Transfer tofu to Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  8. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 120°C, Stir 2
  9. Transfer tofu to small bowl then set aside
  10. Clean Cooking Chef bowl
  11. Attach the Stir Tool and Stir Assist Clip
  12. Add coconut oil to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  13. Heat with splashguard fitted - 1 min, 110°C, Speed OFF
  14. Then add Laksa Paste to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  15. Cook with splashguard fitted - 3 min, 120°C, Speed OFF
  16. Then add vegetable stock, lime juice, salt, brown sugar, fish sauce and coconut milk to the Cooking Chef XL Bowl
  17. Cook with splashguard fitted - 10 min, 100°C, Stir 1
  18. Add rice noodles to a clean large serving bowl
  19. Transfer tofu to large serving bowl
  20. Ladle broth into large serving bowl
  21. Garnish with coriander
  22. Serve
