Step preview

  1. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  2. Grease and flour a clean ring cake mold
  3. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  4. Add sugar, plain flour and baking powder to the kCook bowl
  5. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  6. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  7. Mix with filler cap removed - 5 min, speed 4
  8. Add butter, egg and thickened cream to the kCook bowl while blending
  9. Mix with filler cap removed - 2 min, speed 5
  10. Add apple to the kCook bowl while blending
  11. Transfer content of kCook bowl to ring cake mold
  12. Bake until skewer tests clean - 50 min, 180°C
  13. Let cool
  14. Turn out onto cooling rack
  15. Serve
