Step preview

  1. Grease the Steamer basket with a little oil
  2. Add water into the appliance bowl
  3. Add fish fillets into the Steamer basket, fit the splashguard
  4. Steam - 10 minutes, 110ºC, speed off
  5. Carefully transfer the steamed fish onto a serving plate
  6. Top with the ingredients
  7. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Stir Tool
  8. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  9. Cook – 30 seconds, 110ºC, speed Stir 1
  10. Carefully pour the sauce over the fish
  11. Serve
