Quick and simple, this porcini salt is an easy way to add a big hit of umami flavour to any steak, roasted chicken, broth, roasted vegetable – this list is endless! Use to season proteins before cooking, or add a pinch to add the finishing touches to dishes. This salt also makes an excellent gift, simply pack into a small jar (approx 350ml) and decorate however you please.
