Step preview

  1. Preheat an oven to 160ºC
  2. Add hazelnuts onto a large baking tray
  3. Roast - 15 minutes, 160ºC
  4. Remove from the oven and let cool
  5. Fit the Creaming Beater
  6. Add chocolate into the warming bowl, fit the splashguard
  7. Mix until melted - 10 minutes, heat setting 7, speed Stir 1
  8. Remove the bowl and set aside
  9. Fit the blade to the Food Processor attachment
  10. Transfer the hazelnuts and then icing sugar into the attachment
  11. Blend until fine - 1-2 minutes, speed 3
  12. Then add the next ingredients
  13. Blend until combined - 30 seconds, speed 3
  14. Then transfer the melted chocolate
  15. Blend until smooth - 30-60 seconds, speed 3
  16. Transfer to a glass jar and store at room temperature
  17. Serve
