Step preview

  1. Fit coarse grating disc (3) to direct prep attachment
  2. Fit direct prep attachment to kCook Multi
  3. Line a clean baking tray with parchment paper
  4. Fit stir tool to kCook bowl
  5. Add olive oil to the kCook bowl
  6. Fit kCook bowl to kCook Multi
  7. Attach lid to kCook bowl
  8. Heat with filler cap removed - 140°C, speed 3
  9. Then add red chili and garlic clove to the kCook bowl
  10. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  11. Grate onion into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  12. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  13. Cook with filler cap removed - 5 min, 120°C, speed 3
  14. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  15. Grate broccoli into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  16. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  17. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  18. Then add breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, lemon, salt and black pepper to the kCook bowl
  19. Turn direct prep attachment to position 1
  20. Grate cheddar cheese into the kCook bowl with direct prep attachment
  21. Turn direct prep attachment to position 2
  22. Mix with filler cap removed - 30 sec, speed 5
  23. Pre-heat oven - 180°C
  24. Add filo pastry to a clean work surface
  25. Cut into strips 8 cm x 30 cm
  26. Add filling to pastry
  27. Fold up
  28. Place parcels on baking tray
  29. Brush with unsalted butter
  30. Bake - 15 min, 180°C
  31. Remove from oven and let cool
  32. Serve
