Step preview

  1. Making the brownie:
  2. Preheat the oven - 180ºC
  3. Grease a traybake tin and line with parchment paper
  4. Fit the Creaming Beater
  5. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  6. Mix - 8 minutes, 80ºC, speed Min
  7. Mix without the splashguard – 5 minutes, speed 1
  8. While the machine is running, gradually add eggs – 1 minute, speed 1
  9. Then add the next ingredients
  10. Mix without the splashguard – 1 minute, speed 1
  11. Transfer the mixture into the tin
  12. Bake – 20 minutes, 180ºC
  13. Remove from the oven and let cool completely
  14. Once cooled, cut the brownie into 4cm x 4cm pieces and set aside
  15. Making the cream:
  16. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  17. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  18. Whisk - 1 minute 20 seconds, speed Max
  19. Transfer the whipped cream into a piping bag fitted with a medium round tip
  20. Assembly:
  21. Pipe a ring of cream around the base of each strawberry
  22. Sprinkle coconut onto the cream
  23. Pipe a small dot of cream onto each brownie square
  24. Place the strawberries onto the brownies
  25. Serve
