Step preview

  1. Add the ingredients into a small saucepan
  2. Heat until the sugar has dissolved and the syrup is boiling rapidly – 5 minutes, medium heat

  6. While the machine is running, slowly pour in the syrup and mix – 1 minute, speed 2
  7. Mix until the mixture has thickened and cooled – 10 minutes, speed 4
  8. Then add the last ingredient
  9. Mix until well combined – 2 minutes, speed 2
  10. Serve
