Step preview

  1. Preheat the oven - 104ºC
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  3. Fit the Whisk Tool
  4. Add the ingredient into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  5. Whisk until soft peaks form - 4 minutes, speed 4
  6. Then add the next ingredients
  7. Whisk until well combined - 2 minutes, speed 4
  8. Then add the next ingredient
  9. Whisk until well combined - 30 seconds, speed 4
  10. Then add the next ingredient
  11. Whisk until stiff peaks form - 1 minute, speed 6
  12. Prepare a piping bag with a large round piping tip
  13. Transfer the meringue into the piping bag
  14. Pipe large rounds onto the tray
  15. Bake - 1 hour, 104°C
  16. Remove from the oven and let cool
  17. Clean the appliance bowl and fit the Whisk Tool
  18. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl, fit the splashguard
  19. Whisk until thickened - 3-4 minutes, speed 5
  20. Place each meringue onto a serving plate
  21. Top with the whipped cream
  22. Place the fruit pieces around the meringue and drizzle with juice
  23. Garnish if desired
  24. Serve
