Step preview

  1. Attach the Food Mincer attachment and fit the medium screen
  2. Place a large bowl underneath the attachment
  3. Start the machine on speed 4
  4. Using the pusher, gently push the meat down the feed tube
  5. Remove the attachment from the machine
  6. Add the ingredients into the large bowl
  7. Mix with your hands until combined
  8. Shape the mixture into four equal patties and season to taste
  9. Add oil into a large, non-stick pan and heat until hot - medium-high heat
  10. Place the patties into the hot pan and cook – 4-5 minutes, medium-high heat
  11. Flip over and cook until cooked through – 4-5 minutes, medium-high heat
  12. Place the burgers in toasted buns and add the toppings
  13. Serve
