A typical New Year’s Eve meal! Almost everybody has given it a try: raclette. Raclette is a dish of various ingredients such as vegetables, meat, cheese or fish and fruits cut into bite-sized portions and grilled and cooked in small pans. Each person gets to be creative and make their favourite personal recipe, because raclette ideas are endless! But how about pizza raclette? Simply use traditional pizza dough to bake little pizzas in the raclette pans. And add a tasty, home-made tomato sauce. Choose your pizza toppings according to your own preferences, for instance BBQ chicken, salami, onions, olives, sweetcorn, asparagus, mozzarella, raclette cheese, etc. It really is a dish for every taste!   10. Heat until hot – medium-high heat
  11. Add the next ingredients
  12. Heat until translucent – 4-5 minutes, medium heat
  13. Then add the next ingredients and continue to cook
  14. Add the following ingredients and stir to combine
  15. Simmer – 10-15 minutes, low heat
  16. Making the BBQ chicken:
  17. Add the ingredient into a cast iron skillet
  18. Heat until hot – medium heat
  19. Then add the next ingredient
  20. Cook until cooked through – 3-4 minutes, medium heat
  21. Add the next ingredient into a medium bowl
  22. Transfer the chicken into the sauce and stir to combine
  23. Making the pizzas:
  24. Preheat the raclette machine
  25. Divide the dough into small pieces and roll out each one until thin
  26. Press each piece into a raclette pan
  27. Top with your chosen toppings
  28. Cook until cooked through
  29. Serve
