Steamed dumplings filled with juicy pork and prawn flavoured with ginger. This recipe makes about 25 dumplings.

- Shaoxing rice wine
- 2 tablespoons

- 1 tablespoon

- 1 teaspoon

- Fit the Stir Tool
- Add the ingredients into a small bowl
- Soak – 10 minutes
- Remove the mushrooms and finely chopped
- Add the mushrooms and the soaking liquid into the appliance bowl
- Then add the next ingredients, attach the lid
- Stir – 3 minutes, speed 4
- Then add the next ingredient
- Mix – 1 minute, speed 5
- Brush the Steamer basket with a little oil
- Spoon 1 Tbsp of the mushroom mixture onto each wrapper
- Lay the wrapper on your hand in the circle formed by your finger and thumb
- Press more mixture into the wrapper, while pushing the dumpling down into your hand to create a cylinder shape
- Once filled, press the dumpling against a worksurface to create a flat bottom
- Place the dumplings into the Steamer basket
- Clean the appliance bowl
- Add water into the appliance bowl up to 1L mark
- Fit the Steamer basket
- Steam – 15 minutes, 104ºC
- Serve
