- Grease a bundt tin
- Fit the Dough Tool
- Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
- Knead – 2 minutes, speed 1
- Knead – 8 minutes, speed 2
- Remove the bowl from the machine and cover with a kitchen towel
- Prove - 1 hour
- Take a 30 g piece of dough and flatten into a circle
- Add 1 teaspoon of peanut butter in the middle of the shaped dough
- Close the dough around the filling and gently roll into a ball
- Place the formed dough into prepared tin
- Take another 30 g piece of dough and flatten into a circle
- Add 1 teaspoon of chocolate spread in the middle of the shaped dough
- Close the dough around the filling and gently roll into a ball
- Place the formed dough into prepared tin
- Repeat the actions with the rest of the dough, alternating between fillings
- Cover the tin with a tea towel
- Prove - 30 minutes
- Preheat an oven - 200ºC
- Bake - 20 minutes, 200ºC
- Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin - 5 minutes
- Turn the bread upside down onto a serving plate
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter
- Serve
