These vegan cinnamon rolls are a plant-based twist on the classic favourite, and it only requires eight ingredients to make. This delicious blend of cinnamon and sugar within a soft baked dough, and finished with a luscious, sweet icing, makes this the perfect plant-based treat for any occasion.

  1. Making the dough:
  2. Add the ingredients into a jug and mix to combine
  3. Let rest – 10 minutes
  4. Grease a large bowl and set aside
  5. Fit the Dough Tool
  6. Add the ingredients into the appliance bowl
  7. While the machine is running, slowly pour the content of the jug and knead – 2 minutes, speed Min
  8. Knead – 1 minute, speed 2
  9. Place the dough into the greased bowl and cover with a damp cloth
  10. Prove in a warm place – 1 hour
  11. Grease a tin and line with parchment paper
  12. Place the dough on a lightly floured work surface and gently knock back
  13. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to 30cm x 35cm rectangle
  14. Brush the dough with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
  15. Starting from the bottom, roll the dough into a tight log
  16. Using a serrated knife, cut the dough into 12 equal pieces
  17. Place the cinnamon rolls into the tin and cover with a damp cloth
  18. Prove in a warm place – 1 hour
  19. Preheat an oven - 175ºC
  20. Add the ingredients into a small bowl and mix to combine
  21. Place the cinnamon rolls in the oven
  22. Bake – 25 minutes, 175ºC
  23. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly – 10 minutes
  24. Drizzle with the icing
